Ben works with clients to identify the legal keys and goals to the issues, whether transactional or litigation in nature, and constructs a program of action to respond to the legal concerns and put the clients in control of their future. Ben began his professional career with small to mid-sized regional firms in all business and litigation areas. In 1990, he joined Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, at that time a national firm with international ties. His practice expertise likewise grew; he represented national interests in courts throughout the United States, and expanded his practice areas while learning to counsel clients to utilize litigation as a business management tool.
Ben can provide insight and counsel on most issues and is equally prepared to inform a potential client when a specific issue may be better addressed by more-specialized attorneys. For Ben, the representation is about the client and solutions that fit the client's needs.
